Thousands of members of the Pension Fund Administrators (AFP) have been registering their requests since this Monday, May 20, to access the withdrawal of up to 4 UIT (S/20,600) from their individual capitalization accounts. The first to do so were citizens whose DNI number ends in 1, who will have a second and third chance on May 21 and June 18, respectively.
As recalled by the AFP Association on its social networks, the process to carry out the release of private pension funds is free and digital through the portal www.solicitaretiroafp.pe, so that members can access very quickly and easily, Monday to Friday from 8. am to 6 pm, except holidays.
AFP Withdrawal: can I submit my application if my DNI has expired?
The AFP Association announced to the public that, in the early hours of Monday, May 20, more than 77,000 requests were registered for the withdrawal of private pension funds. To carry out this procedure, members must have on hand their National Identity Document, bank account number and the AFP web code where they are found. Next, review the following instructions regarding the DNI:
- If your ID is expired, you can use it without problems.
- If your DNI was issued after May 10 of this year, you must use your previous document to make the request.

Before starting to register for an AFP withdrawal request, affiliates must ensure that they have a non-joint financial account, that their contact information is updated and that they have their web password on hand. Then they must follow these steps:
- Check the date on which you must enter the link to register your request, according to the last digit of your ID.
- Enter the link: www.solicitaretiroafp.pewhich has already been enabled, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Click ‘I want to withdraw’. Next, a page will open with some considerations to take into account and the schedule will appear according to DNI.
- Then, go to ‘start my application’ and select the type of document you have: DNI, immigration card, passport, temporary residence permit and others.
- Write your DNI number and the verification digit.
- Enter your expiration date, click ‘I’m not a robot’ and then ‘consult’.
- If your DNI number ends in 1, you can continue with the procedure.
- They will ask you how much amount you want to withdraw from your fund. To do this, you must choose two options: whether to transfer to a bank account or an AFP account.
- Enter your contact information such as place of residence, account number, email, among others. In this way, your request will be registered.
- Once you have completed this last step, you will receive proof of registration in the following days via email.

The schedule published by the AFP Association has been organized to ensure that all members have the opportunity to register their applications without crowds. The first date for registration of applications has already begun and will last until August 17 of this year. Next, check the dates, according to your DNI number:
- If your ID ends in 1, register your withdrawal request on May 20 and 21, and June 18.
- If your ID ends in 2, register your withdrawal request on May 22 and 23, and June 19.
- If your ID ends in 3, register your withdrawal request on May 24 and 27, and June 20.
- If your ID ends in 4, register your withdrawal request on May 28 and 29, and June 21.
- If your ID ends in 5, register your withdrawal request on May 30 and 31, and June 24.
- If your ID ends in 6, register your withdrawal request on June 3, 4 and June 25.
- If your ID ends in 7, register your withdrawal request on June 5 and 6, and June 26.
- If your ID ends in 8, register your withdrawal request on June 10 and 11, and June 27.
- If your ID ends in 9, register your withdrawal request on June 12 and 13, and June 28.
- If your ID ends in 0, letter or other, register your withdrawal request on June 14 and 17, and July 1.
- Between July 2 and August 17, register your request in no established order.
