AFP 2024 withdrawal begins: what time should I send my application this Monday, May 20 and Tuesday, May 21?

Starting this Monday, May 20, the registration of applications to access the withdrawal of up to 4 UIT (S/20,600) from private pension funds will begin. With the aim of facilitating this process, the AFP Association has planned to enable the official link that will allow AFP members to enter this requirement according to the last digit of their DNI.

As is public knowledge, the schedule has three specific dates for each group of applicants. That is, those members whose ID ends in 1 will be able to register their order not only on the date mentioned above, but also on Tuesday, May 21 and Tuesday, June 18. However, it is necessary to take into account that this procedure must be carried out at a specific time that we detail below.

AFP Withdrawal: what is the schedule to register the disbursement request?

Starting May 20, AFP members have the possibility of submitting their withdrawal requests through the official link provided by the AFP Association and available at solicitetiroafp.pe. In this way, the official schedule is designed based on the last digit of each citizen’s ID to facilitate the process and avoid system saturation. Below, find out the planned schedule:

  • Schedule to register your AFP withdrawal request: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The schedule published by the AFP Association, which seeks to order the disbursement process of up to S/20,600 from private pension funds, has been organized to ensure that all members have the opportunity to register their requests without crowds. The first date for registration of applications will be May 20 and will last until August 17 of this year. Next, check all the dates according to your DNI number that includes a free period:

  1. If your ID ends in 1, register your withdrawal request on May 20 and 21, and June 18.
  2. If your ID ends in 2, register your withdrawal request on May 22 and 23, and June 19.
  3. If your ID ends in 3, register your withdrawal request on May 24 and 27, and June 20.
  4. If your ID ends in 4, register your withdrawal request on May 28 and 29, and June 21.
  5. If your ID ends in 5, register your withdrawal request on May 30 and 31, and June 24.
  6. If your ID ends in 6, register your withdrawal request on June 3, 4 and June 25.
  7. If your ID ends in 7, register your withdrawal request on June 5 and 6, and June 26.
  8. If your ID ends in 8, register your withdrawal request on June 10 and 11, and June 27.
  9. If your ID ends in 9, register your withdrawal request on June 12 and 13, and June 28.
  10. If your ID ends in 0, letter or other, register your withdrawal request on June 14 and 17, and July 1.
  11. Between July 2 and August 17, register your request in no established order.

When will it not be possible to request the AFP withdrawal?

AFP withdrawal requests may not be registered before 8 am or after 6 pm, according to the schedule established by the AFP Association. Likewise, no member will be able to carry out this procedure during weekends or holidays.

It must be taken into account that from July 2 to August 17, a free period will open in which members will be able to present their applications without restriction on specific dates, which means a second opportunity for those citizens who were not able to register your orders during the initial dates.

AFP withdrawal: what documents must you present to release up to 4 UIT?

Through a video on its social networks, the AFP Association reported on the data and documents that all affiliates must present when they register their disbursement request:

If you live in Peru:

  1. National Identity Document (DNI).
  2. Web key for your online banking and the password for your AFP, which you will require to carry out online transactions.
  3. Address, email and cell phone.
  4. Bank account number in one of the following entities: BanBif, Banco de Comercio, Banco Falabella, Banco GNB, Banco Ripley, BBVA, BCP, Caja Huancayo, Caja Sullana, Interbank, Scotiabank.

If you live abroad:

  • ID, web password, address, email and cell phone.
  • Foreign bank account details:
  • Name of the bank and city of origin, and the name with which you are registered in the bank.
  • Currency and account type, and account number.
  • Image of a bank document proving that the account is yours.
  • Codes: 1) SWIFT or BIC, 2) ABA OR IBAN and 3) CLABE OR Transit number. Additionally, for Chilean accounts, the RUT; Argentina, the CBU; and Australia, the BSB.
  • If your bank has an intermediary in Peru for transfers: name, country, city, account number and SWIFT or ABA number of the intermediary bank.
