Access to these requests must be found in the home menu of the respective websites, official applications and telephone channels. The request submitted by the user must be attended to expeditiously.
“Therefore, the regulatory bodies of said public services establish, following the principle of simplicity, the conditions of said requests,” the rule guarantees.
In the case of electricity and natural gas services, the request for temporary suspension, cancellation or cancellation of the service can only be invoked by the owner of the property, the owner of the supply or the user of the installed service, provided that These conditions are accredited and, in the case of electrical service, provided that the property for which the application is submitted is not inhabited.
Likewise, said users can request from the public service regulatory bodies the information corresponding to the authorized rate to be charged according to the type of outage, the items to be paid for the reconnection of the service, according to the corresponding sector regulations, as well as the service periods. and the cases in which the temporary suspension may lead to the cancellation or cancellation of the service.”
