The Government of Dina Boluarte has 15 days to observe it or authorize its publication in the official newspaper El Peruano. CTS withdrawal: how much time does the Government have to provide a response?
After the signing and delivery of the law’s signature, the Executive Branch has 15 business days to rule on the approved project, since according to article 79 of the Congressional regulations, that is the time established for the government to make any observations or provide its promulgation in the newspaper El Peruano.
