Informal Property Formalization Body (Cofopri) is launching a new campaign in 16 regions with the aim of intensifying the registration of property titles in Peru. This process will allow you to obtain the title of ownership of your lot and access a series of benefits.such as access to basic services, legal security and the possibility of participating in development programs.

• Registration is free and only previously notified lots will be visited.

• Your original ID.
• The documents that prove possession of the lot (receipts, self-valuation, etc.).
