Lurin is preparing to host one of the most ambitious and largest commercial projects. The first Power Center south of Lima, called KM 40, will mark a new step in the urban and commercial expansion of this area of the capital. The KM40 planning, which has been on the table for several years, finally sees the light with a considerable investment and a proposal that integrates the best in technology and design. The objective is to create a space that not only serves as a commercial area, but also as a social and cultural meeting place, with open spaces that encourage coexistence and the well-being of its visitors.
KM40: how much will be invested in the new shopping center?
