Having your own house is one of the greatest wishes of many families throughout Peru. For this reason, the central government has made one of the Most requested subsidies: the Techo Propio bonus. Techo Propio 2024: how do I access this subsidy?
To access this subsidy, interested families must comply with the following:
- Identify technical entities: the State has made available various entities authorized by the Mivivienda Fundwhich have the responsibility of reviewing the requirements of each applicant and then sending the requested documentation.
- Register: for this, families must approach or contact the technical entities in their area.
- Present documentation: after contacting the technical entity, you must present your property title, proof of monthly income and other requirements that will be requested by the certified personnel.

The amount that will be disbursed for this subsidy will vary by each region. For example, as reported, S/37,698 is expected in Amazonas and Cajamarca. For Huánuco and Pasco S/37,398.
