The Cosco Shipping company has begun a friendly negotiation process with the Peruvian State to resolve the controversy surrounding the port of Chancay.
The process will last six months from the notification that reached the MEF and the Foreign Ministry on April 16. The company considers that its rights are violated, so it will resort to the legal stability clause of the FTA with China.
