The Fonavi Ad Hoc Commission approved the reimbursement register No. 1 in order to settle the social debt owed to more than 153,182 former contributors.
The working group informed La República that on Tuesday, April 23, the Administrative Resolution of the Reimbursement Payment Group No. 1 will be given the green light, on Wednesday the 24th it will be made official in El Peruano and on Thursday, April 25, the payment begins in the Bank of the Nation.
This group is made up of Fonavistas over 80 years of age, as well as those on the Conadis Register and with serious and terminal illnesses, who will access the reimbursement of a part of their contributions to the defunct National Housing Fund.
It is worth noting that it is not a list 21 —according to statements by Luis Luzuriaga, president of the Fonavi Ad Hoc Commission— and this payment is as a refund for those who received lower amounts between list 1 to 19. They sought to pay in mid-March but the Executive Branch created obstacles and the meetings were only held to proceed with the return of the money.
