The National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) approved today the schedule of monthly expirations for the declaration and payment of tax obligations corresponding to the year 2022, which is It will start on February 14 next.
The resolution, published in the official gazette A Peruvian man, establishes the expiration dates, according to the last digit of the RUC, for the monthly settlement taxes, fees, monthly payments on account and taxes withheld or received, declarations of taxes administered and / or collected by the Sunat, as well as the Tax on Financial Transactions (ITF), from January to December of the year 2022.
Taxpayers whose last digit of the RUC is zero (“0”) will be those that will start the monthly schedule during 2022, between the 12th and 18th of the month following the tax period that corresponds to declare.
This schedule includes the IGV and the ISC, the payments on account of the Income Tax, the New Simplified Single Regime, the Tax on the Games of Casinos and Slot Machines, the contributions to the Social Health Security (EsSalud) and the Social Security Normalization Office, among others.
