The answer lies in the online services offered by Administrators of pension funds (AFP) and the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (S.B.S.). Accessing this information is easier than it seems and is the first step to planning your AFP retirement in an informed and strategic way.

How do I know which AFP I belong to?

Are you not sure which administrator your pension money is with? We detail which AFP you are affiliated with. The process is simple, you just have to access the website of the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP, a platform that will help you locate the Pension Fund Administrator to which you belong.

Making the consultation has no cost, we show you step by step so that you can obtain the information without complications:

  1. Enter the SBS system through the following link: https://servicios.sbs.gob.pe/serviciosenlinea.
  2. Click on the ‘AFP affiliation report’ option.
  3. Select the type of ID document, its number and the SBS account password.
  4. Once you have entered all the data, you will be able to discover which AFP you are contributing to.

However, you may not be logged in to the SBS services website. Don’t worry, here’s how to register and create an account:

  1. It’s simple, first go to this link: SBS services online.
  2. Read the conditions offered by the SBS carefully and then indicate that you agree with what is written.
  3. On the next page, you will see a registration where you will be asked to select your ID, number and email.
  4. When you complete this process, the SBS will send you a code to the email you registered.
  5. In the next step, several procedures will be enabled in which you will have to use personal data to complete the procedure.
  6. Once you finish this entire process, you can enter the main query section and see which AFP you belong to.

What would the AFP 2024 withdrawal schedule be like?

The SBS (Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFP) will be in charge of establishing the schedule for contributors to withdraw their money. However, it is known that the disbursement procedure will be carried out in four stages, each one will allow the extraction of up to one UIT (S/5,150):

  1. First part: 30 days after the application is approved.
  2. Second part: 30 days after the first delivery.
  3. Third part: 30 days after the second delivery.
  4. Fourth part: 30 days after the third delivery.
