As part of the ‘Lot registered for the desired title’ campaign, the Informal Property Formalization Body (Cofopri) will deliver property titles at no cost in six districts of Lima during the month of April.

After granting these documents in locations such as La Libertad, Ayacucho, Arequipa, Ica, among others, Cofopri It will provide a new opportunity to citizens who, in the first instance, could not complete this procedure, due to not having the necessary documents, not being at home at the time of the visit, or being visited by workers from the entity.

Cofopri 2024: in which districts will it deliver free property titles in April?

From Monday, April 8 to Friday, April 12, Cofopri is notifying families whose homes will be visited in the districts of Ate and El Agustino.

Likewise, according to the official platform of Cofoprifrom Monday April 15, Visits will be made to young towns, human settlements and other spaces in the following districts:

  • tie: from April 15 to 22
  • The Augustinian: April 19th
  • Rímac: April 22 and 23
  • Lima fence: April 23rd
  • Pucusana: April 24 to 26
  • La Molina: April 26.
