Manta, MANABÍ

In one of the areas with the highest added value of Manta (the west of this city), and with a spectacular view of the sea, the Grand Bay project, from the real estate developer Millenium, will be built. The construction has four towers, each for about 70 apartments, two 14-story structures and two more than 16 stories.

The complex is built in an area where, within a radius of about three kilometers around, the largest shopping center, hospitals, five-star hotels, other real estate projects, university, cultural spaces such as theaters, and the best national culinary destinations converge. international markets that Manta has. In other words, in less than 15 minutes the owners of the apartments can mobilize and have recreation, study and sports areas close to the place where they live.

The work will be structured in 12,000 square meters, and in two days, between last week and Monday, what was projected in a month had already been commercialized, said Pablo Campana, owner manager of the Millennium real estate agency.

The works to begin the construction of the first tower will begin in about ten months, Campana assured, and then it will take 22 more months to complete it, that is, in just over two and a half years after the launch of this project, the first structure of 70 departments.

The owner announced that the building will become the first private real estate project to have seismic isolators.

The cost of this work amounts to about $ 80 million, but Campana believes that what is truly important, in addition to creating an architectural space and projection to the city, will be the generation of employment. Each tower is expected to employ 220 people and indirectly about 460; 82% of the personnel to be hired, according to the executive, will be of Manabi origin.

More than $ 80 million is expected to be invested for the construction of a housing project in Manta

The project is in the hands of the architect Cristian Wiese, one of the most recognized in the country, and who built The Point building in Guayaquil, and the Best Wester in Manta, among others.

The importance of greater spaces, privacy of the apartment owners and that all rooms have ocean views are the priorities that Wiese has weighed when designing the Grand Bay real estate project.

The architectural concept, Wiese indicated, was born from its natural context, with a maritime-nautical character, which highlights the shapes of the sea, waves, breezes and seashells.

“100% of the units have a view of the sea, in each of the units we are going to introduce the sea through terraces and balconies, the experience of living the sea of Manta will be unique in Grand Bay, they are fresh, clear units and transparent, spacious and modern spaces, with true luxury finishes ”, highlighted Wiese.

Among the finishes and accessories that this project will have is a solarium, a rooftop with 180 degrees of view, five outdoor pools and the main one with an infinity edge, they will be semi-Olympic, a children’s wet area, a cinema with an outdoor led screen, elliptical pergolas and landscaping of international level. There will also be gyms, an event room and campfire areas.

María Dolores Campana, commercial manager of Real Estate Millenium, indicated that the cost of each apartment exceeds $ 100,000, and the sales rooms are located in the place where the four towers will be built (via a Barbasquillo, west of Manta) and also in Quito and Guayaquil.

“The cost of the apartments will be financed directly without interest during construction. The advantage is that we meet with each client, we personalize the service with each one of them ”, he declared. (I)
