Get your property title at no cost! He Informal Property Formalization Body (Cofopri) has announced the beginning of a special registration campaign focused on holders of urbanized land throughout the country. Throughout the month of March, visits will be made to approximately 9,800 plots of land, with the goal of offering families the possibility of obtaining title to their homes.
Through a coordinated effort, which covers the coastal, Andean and Amazon regions, the Cofopri teams, dependent on the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, they will personally tour the properties already notified. Its objective is to verify the effective possession of these and collect the required documents. The brigades designated by the entity will be deployed in 100 informal districts in 24 regions of the country and will visit various informal possessions in order to identify them, register them and collaborate with the formalization of the property.
