Lince consolidated itself as the fifth most expensive district to live in Metropolitan Lima in 2023, behind Barranco, Miraflores, San Isidro and San Borja, according to the Central Reserve Bank (BCRP).
According to the report on real estate market indicators for the fourth quarter of 2023, prepared by the issuing entity, the price per square meter in the last three months in Lince amounted to S/1,814, an increase of S/81 compared to the fourth quarter of 2022, when it reached S/1,733.
Another district that showed good performance in the last quarter of the year was Pueblo Libre, which went from trading at S/1,538 per square meter in the last quarter of 2022, to a value of S/1,678 in the same period of 2023, that is, an increase of S/140.
None of the 12 districts evaluated by the BCRP showed a drastic evolution, however, there are some districts whose price per square meter decreased slightly, such as San Miguel (from S/1,457 to S/1,438) and San Borja (from S/1,438). /1,987 to S/1,958).
