Go to a notary, Business Development Center (CDE) or Better Citizen Service Center (MAC) and request the service of Preparation of Constitutive Act:

• If you go to a notary: the cost and waiting time will depend on the notary’s office you choose.
• If you go to a Business Development Center: the approximate time is two business days.
• If you go to a Better Citizen Service Center: the waiting time at the MAC Lima Norte, MAC Lima Este or MAC Callao will depend on the MAC center.
