The beneficiaries of this second salary increase are the servants, managers and officials who are part of labor regimes No. 728 and No. 1057 (CAS)in addition to laws No. 30057 (Civil Service), No. 29709 (Special Public Penitentiary Career) and No. 28091 (diplomats).
Supreme Decree 313 specifies that the salary increase is remunerative in nature and is pensionable in nature. It also highlights that it is subject to social charges and is the basis for calculating labor benefits.
