The new service tower of Le Parc Hotel in Quito is ready and will be unveiled on February 1, 2024 at a press launch. The real estate project with 118 residences, 22 offices and 30 new hotel rooms, which started in 2020, continued despite the problems caused by the pandemic and is now successfully completed.

This new investment, which has 18 external floors and generates new jobs, development and resources for the tourism and hotel industry of the capital and the country, started with the help of its manager Gabriele Sommerfeld, who is now the chancellor of the Republic. The real estate project was several months late in its inauguration (it was supposed to be done in October 2023). Its avant-garde architecture was designed by the renowned architect Cristian Wise, and the decoration was taken care of by the famous Adriana Hoyos.

The hotel also joins the concept of sustainability thanks to a strong investment in technology, which enables the reduction of water and electricity consumption, through the installation of solar panels, a soap treatment plant, a rainwater treatment plant, treatment and use of drinking water with sustainable materials, for which it acquired Edge Advance Certification, which recognizes good business practice.
