For its part, the properties in Moquegua are located in the districts of El Algarrobal and Ilo. When and where will the 2024 SBN auction be held?
According to the Superintendence of State Assets (SBN), the public act of the land auction will take place this Tuesday, February 13, in person at the offices of said institutions located at 890 Chinchón Street, San Isidro.
Land auction 2024: how to participate?
Unlike previous SBN auction processes, registration for bidders has not been considered. Only if you participate as an observer, you can register until February 12 at the following LINK. In that sense, those who wish to be part of this public auction must present their sealed envelopes in person at the SBN parties’ table, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Said act will be directed by the second in command of the Real Estate Development Subdirectorate (SDDI), with the intervention of a notary public, and the award will be granted to the highest economic offer formulated, the amount of which must be equal to or greater than the base price.
