From the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) Territorial plans will be developed for the population and commercial growth that will arise with the port of Chancay; which will have urban development axes, water and sanitation projects to close gaps in order to meet the “strong industrial and population demand”, as well as the construction of housing.
Likewise, in February the Special Project Chancay – Ancón – Callao —”Chancón”, according to the head of the MVCS, Hania Pérez de Cuéllar— will be made official to manage and execute the aforementioned actions for comprehensive intervention in this port axis.
Precisely in terms of housing creation, the minister detailed that they will bet on an urban trust to manage and have the necessary funds for the execution of important urban infrastructure projects and housing complexes.
