According to the municipal authority, despite the police guard that was established on the border of Tumbes, there is a border line of about 80 kilometers that is not monitored and today is a drain. “Police presence must be established to prevent criminals from entering the country,” he said.
Likewise, he asserted that it is necessary to implement the police stations. “We have some offices that only have one police vehicle,” he denounced.
