The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) financed eight potable water, sanitation and urban infrastructure works in the San Martín region, which have a total investment of S / 26 million 357,824.
These works are located in the provinces of San Martín, Lamas, El Dorado and Picota. They will benefit more than 11,650 inhabitants and promote 480 jobs. In total, there are five projects in urban and rural areas, and three to improve neighborhoods, such as sidewalks, tracks and parks, among others.

What’s more, with a budget of more than S / 4.7 million, includes the execution of tracks and sidewalks in the town and district of Pucará, as well as the improvement of the storm drainage system in sector D of the Juan Guerra district.
These projects will contribute to closing gaps in the San Martín region and will be executed by the Municipality of Lamas and the district municipalities of Juan Guerra, Pucacaca and Shatoja as part of the economic reactivation plan Peru on the Move.
