It was 2012 when Andrés Gutiérrez Farez and Salvador Vera Izurieta identified an opportunity to offer new services to users, clients, insureds and patients, through financial institutions, insurance companies, prepaid drug companies, pharmaceutical companies and economic groups.

In 2013, Andrés Gutiérrez with other partners founded Negocios y Servicios del Ecuador SA, NESEC, in the country, with an investment of USD 450,000.

NESEC begins work by developing its own CRM such as Business and Services System and Medical Business System, emergency button application and creating new assistance for health, dental, funeral, agricultural, pets, technological assistance, among others.

It is currently present in Ecuador, Panama and Mexico.

NESEC works on the client’s requirements and needs, researches and analyzes data in order to deliver an innovative product through its business ecosystem supported by web technology, mobile applications, contact center, omnichannel, quality, network of service providers, suppliers and institutions.

As a business strategy, the most important thing was to promote the development of our affiliated companies, for the growth of NESEC inside and outside the country.

Badal: It is a technology company that develops platforms to generate operating income for financial institutions, insurance companies and business groups.

Insurance application: It is an insurance broker focused on digital business.

RCM: It is in the process of growing into medtech.

The master plan for 2024

Introduce to the market a new model of service, attention and sales, supported by a technology platform that helps financial institutions, insurance companies, retail stores and business groups to generate operating income, with horizontal growth with current customers and vertical growth with new clients.

ABI is a platform for digital financial services for microcredits and nanocredits, which has a technological ecosystem to integrate, within the same process, other types of services such as assistance, insurance, prepaid medicine, Market Place and Benefits Club, in order to improve the experience with the client.
