- Be an appointed public worker, with an indefinite-term contract or a pensioner.
- Have at least one year of work experience.
- Have monthly income greater than S/800.
- Be between 18 and 74 years and 6 months old.
- Obtain a “normal” qualification in the financial system, this applies to the owner and the spouse.
- Maintain a savings account at Banco de la Nación for the deposit of income.

You can take the following steps to access mortgage credit in a simple and accessible way:
- Go to any Banco de la Nación headquarters during opening hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Submit the requirements to the bank staff so that they can carry out a credit evaluation and you will go to a second evaluation stage, in which you will have to comply with submitting the property requirements.
- If your application is approved and you have submitted all the documents, the loan amount will be deposited into your bank savings account.
