Fonafe: Minem and MTC change presidents of Electro Oriente and Serpost, respectively

The business holding company corresponding to the Peruvian State also made official changes in the directors of the electricity distributors Electro Puno and Adinelsa.

Changes in the National Fund for Financing State Business Activity (Fonafe). The Peruvian Government ordered the appointment of new presidents at Electro Oriente and Serpost, in addition to the change of directors at Electro Puno and Adinelsa.

In the case of Serpost, the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC), the main shareholder of the correspondence company, appointed Gustavo Miguel Eduardo González de Otoya La Torre as the new president.

The Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem), for its part, presented a greater number of changes for the holding company. Three electricity distributors in the interior of the country had movements in their boards of directors.

In the case of Electro Oriente, a distribution company that supplies the departments of Loreto, San Martín, Cajamarca and Amazonas, Juan Fernán Muñoz Rodríguez.

Likewise, Minem appointed Fortunato Alva Dávila and Iris Cárdenas Pino, respectively, as members of the boards of directors of Electro Puno and Adinelsa.

Board agreement No. 001-2023/012-FONAFE bears the signature of Héctor Pedro Buzaglo De Bracamonte, executive director of the business conglomerate belonging to the Peruvian State.
