Sunat: where will the property auction take place?
According to the information provided by the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat), the last auction of seized goods will take place this year. Thursday December 21 in its institutional premises, located on Av. Arenales 335-357, in Cercado de Lima (next to the Military Police Court).
What properties will Sunat auction?
Sunat will finish 28 propertieswhich are valued at S/12 million 771,603. Among the properties to be auctioned are six establishments in Surco, San Isidro and Santa Rosa, whose prices reach S/64,928.88, two warehouses in San Miguel, quoted at S/5,013.08 and S/9,916.34, as well as a department in Santa Rosa, whose base price is S/111,904.04, and a store in Pueblo Libre, with a value of S/15,877.22.
Similarly, two industrial premises in Chorrillos and Lurín will be auctioned, valued between S/9 million 892,316 and S/475,370.61, 13 closets in Surco, with a base price of up to S/18,554.85 and three properties in La Molina , San Miguel and Cañete. To participate for free in the Sunat auction, it is necessary to carry your current ID. Said real estate auction will be carried out under the “sealed envelope” modewhich allows bidders to present their proposals in an amphora and, after opening, whoever has offered the highest amount will win, as long as they meet all the established requirements.
