These are the 7 shopping centers that will be inaugurated by 2025, according to the CCL

In Peru, there are some shopping centers with million-dollar investments that have not yet opened their doors. While waiting for confirmation of an opening date, we review all the malls that would be available at 2025.

On Thursday, November 30, the Mall Aventura in San Juan de Lurigancho opened its doors. This meant the opening of the first shopping center in the largest district in the country. The inauguration brought with it an incredible number of people, very excited about the mall. The Institute of Economics and Business Development (IEDEP) of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL) has announced that Peru will have 7 new malls between 2023 and 2025.

This is less than what was expected in November of last year, when 12 new shopping centers were projected to open. Together, they have a total investment of US$192 million. What are the 7 malls that will open their doors until 2025? We will tell you in the following lines.

Which shopping centers would open their doors in the remainder of 2023?

For the remainder of 2023, the opening of the Plaza de los Reyes Gastronomic Shopping Centerin the Center of Lima, with an investment of US$15 million, and Eco Plaza Ate (US$22 million). However, the exact opening date of these malls has not yet been defined.

The shopping centers that would be available between 2024 and 2025

For the next few years, it is expected that 5 malls. Most of these are found in Lima:

  • Eco Plaza Wilson: investment of US$30 million
  • Lifestyle La Molina: US$60 million
  • Las Vegas Plaza Puente Piedra: US$40 million
  • San Juan de Lurigancho Shopping Center of the Cencosud group: investment to be defined
  • Eco Plaza Piura: US$60 million.
