To receive the bonus of S/300 in 2023, you must have been working as of November 30 of this year, or in use of vacation leave, or on paid leave or receiving the subsidies referred to in Law 26790. Social Health Security Modernization Law.
In addition, you must have been in the service for no less than three (03) months as of November 30 of this year. If you do not have the aforementioned time, this concept is paid proportionally to the months and days worked.
Bonus 2023: Who does it correspond to?
The 2023 Christmas bonus of S/300 corresponds to officials, servants and pensioners of the Public Administration. These workers receive the bonus “in a single public entity, and it must be granted to the one that pays the highest amount of income.”
For the National Teachers, the bonus is calculated in accordance with the provisions of Law 29944, Teacher Reform Law, granting teachers with full working hours an amount not less than that indicated in literal a) of section 7.1 of article 7 of Law 31638, Public Sector Budget Law for Fiscal Year 2023.
