Through Ministerial Resolution No. 527-2023-VIVIENDA, it is specified that the delivery of the monthly economic subsidy of S/500, for up to a maximum period of two years, will be for beneficiaries of the districts of Pueblo Nuevo (7), Pítipo (50), Manuel Antonio Mesones Muro (14) and Incahuasi (107), from the province of Ferreñafe in Lambayeque.
Likewise, the housing subsidy will be granted to families from the districts of Ayabaca (34), Frías (118), Jilili (108), Lagunas (34), Montero (99), Pacaipampa (14), Paimas (19), Sapillica (27) and Sicchez (3), from the province of Ayabaca , department of Piuraaccording to Ministerial Resolution No. 528 -2023-HOUSING.
How can I access the rental bonus?
The resolutions indicate that the list of beneficiaries will be published on Friday, December 1, and the documents must be presented within a maximum period of 20 business days in the case of Lambayeque and 60 days for Piura. If you do not present the documents within the established period, the right to access this benefit will be lost.
People who are on the lists must come with their documents to the location according to the jurisdiction, and to the citizen service centers (CAC) of the ministry, located in Lambayeque and Piura, respectively.
The owners of the homes must have the application for granting the BAE; sworn declaration of not having housing other than the collapsed or uninhabitable one in the place of origin; housing rental contract, signed with the landlord, with signatures legalized before the justice of the peace or notary public; If applicable, the sworn statement of the subscribers of the aforementioned contract declaring the economic impediment to the legalization of signatures.

Where can I collect the bonus?
