Who will be prioritized in Fonavi returns?

Law 31928 states that priority should be given to people over 60 years of age, those registered with the National Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (Conadis) and those who have a serious or terminal illness, whether they are the owners. or relatives.

According to Luzuriaga, president of the Ad Hoc Commission in charge of the return of Fonavi, in what corresponds to serious illnesses, former contributors must validate this condition through a certificate issued by the Minsa, Essalud or the Medical College of Peru. It is not yet clear whether these documents will be presented at the Banco de la Nación or at the Fonavi Technical Secretariat.

In which bank will the refunds be made?

The return of contributions from Fovavi It will be carried out in the agencies of the Banco de la Nación (BN) at the national level. The entity recently reported that it is working together with the Fonavi Technical Secretariat in the actions necessary to complete the returns.
