Bonus of S/600 for public sector workers: which are the requirements?

This exceptional bonus of S/600 will be delivered in the month of November to state workers who belong to Legislative Decrees 276 (‘Law on bases of the administrative career and remuneration of the public sector’), 728, 1057 (CAS) and laws 30057 (Civil Service), 29709 (‘Law on the special public prison career’) and 28091 (‘Law on the diplomatic service of the republic’). Furthermore, it does not have a remunerative nature nor is it subject to social charges. Below, find out the requirements to access this amount:

  • Have an employment relationship as of June 30, 2023.

Teaching Bonus of S/220: who are the beneficiaries?

In November, the Government will provide a bonus of S/220 to teachers and educational assistants appointed and hired by basic and productive technical education institutions that are included in Law 29944, ‘Teaching Reform Law’ and Law 30328, ‘Law that establishes measures in educational matters’, as well as the teachers of the basic education educational institutions managed by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Interior.

S/400 bonus: who are the beneficiaries?

Those who work in Public Defense and Access to Justice will also be able to access the extraordinary bonus of S/400. That is, the personnel who are under the regime of Legislative Decree 1057 and 276. In that sense, the only requirement to meet is the following:

  • Be registered in the Computer Application for the Centralized Registry of Payrolls and Data of Human Resources of the Public Sector of the Ministry of Economy and Finance as of August 31, 2023; and provide services in the District Directorates of the General Directorate of Public Defense and Access to Justice of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights on the date of entry into force of Law 31912.

Bonus of S/709 for health personnel: How do I know if I am a beneficiary?

According to article 30 of Law 31912, this extraordinary bonus will be given only once to health personnel and is not remunerative. In addition, it is aimed at a group of State workers included in section 3.2 of article 3 of Legislative Decree 1153 and health personnel hired subject to the regime of Legislative Decree 1057, as well as the administrative personnel of Legislative Decree 276 and Legislative Decree 1057. of the Ministry of Health, National Institute of Health, National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases and the health executing units of the regional governments.

To receive this bonus, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have a current employment relationship.
  • Be registered in the Computer Application for the Centralized Registry of Payrolls and Data of Human Resources in the Public Sector (AIRHSP) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
  • Have at least five months of service.

Rental bonus for rain victims: how to access it?

This financial aid of S/500 is managed through the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) and the Mivivienda Fund for families whose houses were declared uninhabitable or collapsed due to disasters. This bonus is granted monthly over a period of two years and, to access the amount, beneficiaries must present the following documents:

  • The application for granting the Housing Rental Bonus for Emergencies (BAE).
  • The sworn declaration of not having housing other than the collapsed or uninhabitable one located in the department of origin (Lima).
  • The rental contract of the home signed with the landlord with signatures legalized before the justice of the peace or notary public.
  • If applicable, the sworn statement of the signatories of the aforementioned contract declaring the economic impediment to the legalization of signatures.
