Enel Perú and Enel América agreed to sell all of their shares in Enel Generalción Perú and Compañía Energética Veracruz to Niagara Energy, a company controlled by the British global investment fund Actis, according to the important fact published in the Superintendence of the Stock Market (SMV) this Tuesday, November 21. This operation is valued at US$1.4 billion, equivalent to a total company value of US$2.1 billion.
