Lease bonus. The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) issued a new call for the delivery of bonuses to families who were affected in the first half of the year, as a result of the rains and subsequent landslides in Cajamarca. In this way, there will be 450 beneficiaries, as stated in a ministerial resolution.
In this official document No. 510-2023-Vivienda, published this November 21 in the newspaper A Peruvian manit was explained that the subsidy is aimed at 452 families who lost their homes or have been declared uninhabitable in the different districts of the Cajamarca region.
How to access the Lease Bonus (BAE)?
Those people seeking to access the bonus must present a sworn declaration that they do not have a home other than the one that was affected by the onslaught of nature. In addition, a legalized lease contract or, in case of financial impediment to achieving legalization, a sworn statement from the contract’s signatories.

Applicants, once they have all the requirements, may present them on the same web platform, at the MVCS Citizen Service Center (Cajamarca) and in the municipalities of the beneficiary districts.
How much is the subsidy and for how long will it be delivered?
The rental bonus is S/500, which will be delivered to selected families monthly. The maximum period that the State will disburse this amount is two years. This financial aid will allow the victims to find spaces with basic services.
