Central zone
ONP pensioners included in this group will be able to access this economic benefit on November 19, 20 and 21. It is worth mentioning that the insured domiciled in this central area belong to these districts:
- Ate, Breña, Chaclacayo, Cieneguilla, El Agustino, Jesús María, La Molina, La Victoria, Lima, Lince, Lurigancho, Pachacámac, Ricardo Palma, Rímac, San Juan de Lurigancho, San Luis, Santa Anita and Santa Eulalia.
South zone
The people benefiting from this ONP service who live in the southern zone were the first group to receive a visit from an accredited payer on November 14 and 15. It is made up of the following districts:

How do I request payment of my pension at home?
The home payment service offered by the ONP is free and is carried out through the Banco de la Nación within a range of 10 calendar days established in the monthly payment schedule. To do this, accredited personnel bring to the insured’s home the pension that the ONP deposits each month in the retiree’s savings account. Below, we show you the steps to request this modality:
- Send your request through the onpvirtual.pe platform. Then, choose the ‘collect pension’ option and click ‘I want to request payment at home’.
- Enter your ONP virtual code and complete the form with your personal information, email and the address where you wish to receive the payment.
- The result of the request will arrive to the email you provided within 5 days.
- The entire amount of the pension is delivered only into the hands of the pensioner. If, due to various circumstances, the retiree is not located at home during the two visits made, the money not granted will return to his or her savings account and will be taken with the amount for the following month.
