Young professionals crave the best working conditions: a good salary, a favorable work environment and opportunities to grow. However, not all companies are prepared to provide development opportunities and retain top talent. For this reason, the Top of Mind study has revealed a ranking of companies where young people prefer to work because of the conditions they offer.

In the following note we will explore the 10 best companies to work for that have chosen professionals between 20 and 35 years old in Peru, we will discover which category they belong to and why they stand out.
