Furthermore, it is specified that in advertising, including that which is stated on the product, of foods and non-alcoholic drinks with trans fats and high content of sugar, sodium and saturated fats, The following phrases must be stated in a clear, legible, prominent and understandable manner, as applicable: “High in (Sodium-sugar-saturated fat): avoid excessive consumption” either “Contains trans fats: avoid consumption“.
Likewise, on the packaging or wrapping, the phrase “Not recommended for pregnant women“, in those products not suitable
for pregnant women, as the case may be.
