ONP November: when and where will the payment of pensions at home begin?

In this penultimate month of the year, more than 673,000 retirees belonging to the regime of Legislative Decree 19990 will be able to collect their pensions through ATMs or agents of the Banco de la Nación, according to what was reported by the Pension Normalization Office (ONP). Payment through the subscription method will begin this November 8th and will end on Monday the 13th of the same month.

If you are an ONP pensioner and have health problems, are elderly, or prefer to stay at home, you can request delivery of this amount to your home, which will be effective from the third week of November. Below, find out the dates and places of payment in Metropolitan Lima.

ONP: what are the pension payment dates in Lima?

From Tuesday, November 14 to Thursday, November 23, the Pension Normalization Office will be in charge of paying pensions in the homes of more than 9,830 retirees throughout the country, of which 6,100 live in Lima. In our capital, the dates for home visits are divided into three zones:

South zone

Insured people domiciled in the southern zone will be the first group to receive a visit from an accredited payer on November 14 and 15. It is made up of the following districts:

• Barranco, Chilca, Chorrillos, Lurín, Miraflores, Punta Negra, San Borja, San Isidro, San Juan de Miraflores, Santiago de Surco, Surquillo, Villa El Salvador and Villa María del Triunfo.

northern zone

This second group will receive their subscriptions on November 16, 17 and 18. The people benefiting from this ONP service must belong to the following districts:

• Ancón, Bellavista, Callao, Carabayllo, Carmen de la Legua, Comas, Independence, La Perla, La Punta, Los Olivos, My Peru, Magdalena, Pueblo Libre, Puente Piedra, San Martín de Porres, San Miguel, Santa Rosa, Santa Rosa of Quives and Ventanilla.

Central zone

Pensioners included in this third group will be able to access their payment on November 19, 20 and 21. It is worth mentioning that the insured domiciled in this central area live in:

• Ate, Breña, Chaclacayo, Cieneguilla, El Agustino, Jesús María, La Molina, La Victoria, Lima, Lince, Lurigancho, Pachacámac, Ricardo Palma, Rímac, San Juan de Lurigancho, San Luis, Santa Anita and Santa Eulalia.

What happens if I am not at home when they are going to give me my pension?

In the event that ONP insured persons are not at home during the dates established to pay their pensions, the staff will make a second visit on November 22 and 23 to guarantee the corresponding delivery.

How do I request payment of my ONP pension at home?

• Send your request through the onpvirtual.pe platform, choose the ‘collect pension’ option and then click ‘I want to request payment at home’.
• Enter your ONP virtual key and complete the form with your personal information, email and the address where you wish to receive the payment.
• The result of the request will arrive to the email you provided within 5 days.
• The entire amount of the pension is delivered only into the hands of the pensioner. If, due to various circumstances, the retiree is not located at home during the two visits made, the money not granted will return to his or her savings account and will be taken with the amount for the following month.
