Indecopi delivered the certification mark “Ollantaytambo living inka city” to the municipality of this district, located in the heart of the Sacred Valley and a mandatory stop for tourists visiting Cusco.

Paul Palma, mayor of Ollantaytambo, highlighted that, from now on, the district’s tourist offer, which includes crafts, archaeological sites and festivities, will be certified, “which will allow working with artisans, communities and companies.”

Ollantaytambo is thus incorporated into the list of regional and local governments with a certification mark to provide consumers with the security of purchasing a product or service with the support of certain quality standards.
