Bonus of S/500 for employees of the Judicial Branch: what are the requirements?

In accordance with Law no. Administrative Contracting of Services (CAS). To access this bonus, the following requirements must be met:

• Receive monthly income less than S/1,950
• Have a current employment relationship
• Be registered in the Computer Application for the Centralized Registry of Payrolls and Data of Human Resources in the Public Sector (AIRHSP) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance on the date of publication of this law.

When will the S/500 bonus be delivered for workers in the Judicial Branch?

According to article 86.4 of Law No. 31192, the delivery of the S/500 bonus to personnel subject to the DL 1057 regime will take place in November of this fiscal year. Furthermore, the financing of this subsidy will be carried out from the institutional budget of the Judicial Branch, without requiring additional resources from the public treasury.
