Asvim Asencios, Currency trader at Renta4 SAB, explained that during the day the dollar had an upward behavior, reaching a maximum value of S/3,877. Likewise, US$479 million were negotiated in the market.

“At a global level, the dollar rose, because investors were no longer taking a position on high-risk currencies, after low business results came out that generated concern about the economic outlook. Copper prices fell 0.5%,” he explained.
