Within a period of three months, the National Financial Corporation (CFN) must irrevocably transfer to the Central Bank of Ecuador (BCE) the domain of the building located on Avenida 9 de Octubre between Pedro Carbo and Pichincha, where its offices operate. in Guayaquil.

This after the President of the Republic, Guillermo Lasso, ordered them through Executive Decree 283 of December 9.

The property had been transferred by the BCE to the CFN on May 28, 2010, through Executive Decree 271, so that the building can be used for the development of its powers.

Meanwhile, in the recent document, Lasso entrusted the Technical Secretariat for Real Estate Management of the Public Sector (Setegisp) to coordinate with the BCE the necessary actions to redistribute the spaces that are occupied by other State institutions.
