Sunat will auction 34 properties for more than S/38 million: where are they located and what are the prices?

Next Wednesday, October 25, the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) will make a new auction of seized assets to taxpayers who did not regularize their debts despite the various facilities granted to do so. On this occasion,and will auction 34 properties valued at S/38 million 376,676.15.

Where are the assets up for auction located?

Among the assets to be auctioned are 2 apartments located in Callao and Santa Rosa, valued at up to S/76,108.89, 7 parking spaces in the districts of Groove, Santa Rosa and San Isidro listed between S/6,026.55 and S/69,100.82, as well as 6 lots in Lurín, Los Olivos, Cañete and Asia with base prices of up to S/3 million 822,418.28.

Likewise, 3 warehouses in Surco valued between S/23,586.21 and S/ 83,079.93, 13 closets with a base price of up to S/35,341.44 and 4 properties in El Callao, San Miguel and Pachacamac will be auctioned.

How to participate in the Sunat auction?

According to Sunat, to participate in the auction you only have to present your DNI. The auction will be carried out under the modality of “closed envelope“, that is, all bidders present their proposals and after opening the amphora where they were deposited, whoever has made the highest economic offer wins, as long as it meets the established requirements.
