Banco Pichincha has informed its customers that during this weekend – between night and dawn – it will carry out preventive maintenance on its system and as a result some of its channels will be unavailable.

This maintenance process is “critical to improving our services,” it said in an email it sent to customers late last Friday afternoon.

These are the schedules:

Buy a house from a blueprint with a mortgage loan, a new model promoted by Banco Pichincha that already has a ministerial agreement

The unavailability during this time will be shown on the following channels:

The bank has more than 5 million clients across the country, is present in 24 provinces in the country and six countries in America and Europe.

Services suspended on Monday, October 9: banks, public offices

In the communication Banco Pichincha sent to its customers to inform them of the preventive maintenance it will be carrying out on its system for several hours this weekend, it included “thank you for your understanding” and said it regretted the inconvenience caused.
