The first stone of the project was laid this Wednesday, October 3, and was attended by the executive president of Nobis Holding Inversiones Isabel Noboa, members of the construction company Dipro, which is responsible for the execution of the project, and the owners who have already acquired between apartments, offices and business premises in this development .

Midtown 400+ includes two towers with a total of 94 units spread over four levels and a ground floor. It will have 17 business premises, 35 offices and 42 apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms of 49 square meters. Their prices range from 200,000 to 300,000 dollars. “It can be something like 180,000 dollars”, payment methods are 30% during construction and 70% at the time of delivery with a loan that the client takes out from a financial institution, emphasized Felipe Bernal.

During construction, 85 new direct jobs will be created.

With an investment of 6 million dollars, the construction of Bari, the second tower of the Karibao complex, on the Playas-Engabao road, begins.
