The Supervisory Body for Investment in Energy and Mining (Osinergmin) established this Thursday, September 28, the price bands for Liquefied Petroleum Gas intended for packaging (LPG-E) and high and low sulfur B5 Diesel for vehicular use.
Osinergmin Management Resolution No. 074-2023-OS/GRT indicates that these values will be valid from Friday, September 29 to Thursday, October 26.
The entity established the upper limit of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG-E) intended for packaging at S/1.78 and the lower limit at S/1.72 per kilogram.
As for B5 Diesel for vehicular use, both Low Sulfur and High Sulfur are quoted at the upper limit at S/11.36, while at the lower limit they reach S/11.26. This indicates that the public prices of this fuel should not exceed these costs, since they are included in the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund.
