The head of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS), Hania Pérez de Cuéllar, announced that the Executive has terminated the contract with the Mexican consortium Titicaca Ecological Operator (OPETI) in charge of the Wastewater Treatment Plants project in the Titicaca Basin (WWTP-Titicaca).
