SAT will auction properties from S/6,800: know the houses and premises that you can acquire

If you are looking to purchase a home, apartment or commercial premises, this is your opportunity. It turns out that the Tax Administration Service (SAT) will hold an auction of various properties this Friday, September 22, to recover the tax debts that have accumulated for property, vehicle and excise taxes. SAT: Where will the real estate auction take place?

According to official information from the Tax Administration Service (SAT), the property auction will take place this Friday, September 22 at 9:00 am at Jr. Camaná 370, building B, second floor, Cercado de Lima.

SAT: what do the properties that will be auctioned look like?

The SAT will auction commercial premises with a base price of S/6,800. The purpose of the entity is for taxpayers to comply with their tax obligations and, thereby, provide a better quality of life to residents. In that sense, there are 34 properties that are located in Cercado de Lima, La Victoria and other districts of Lima:

Property in Cercado de Lima: Pasaje Carlos De Los Heros N.º 109-117, Av. Carlos Zavala N°206-212-218-224, section 2, first floor

Property in Cercado de Lima: Jirón Tayacaja No. 458

Housing in Surco: Manuel Olguín N.º 461, Urb. Los Granados, Santiago de Surco

Property in San Isidro: Calle Manuel Gonzáles Olaechea No. 386-390, Lot 12, urb. Limatambo

SAT: what are the requirements to participate in the auction?

Before proceeding with the auction, the SAT notified the owners on several occasions and asked them to take advantage of the facilities granted, but they did not reach any agreement. Below, we present the requirements to participate in this auction:

• Be of age.
• Present a valid ID or immigration card.
• Interested persons must make the payment of the obligation (no less than 10% of the appraisal amount of the property) at the cash desks at the central office.
• Payment of the item will be made on the same day of the auction through a certified or cashier’s check.
• Those who participate in the auction on behalf of a natural or legal person must present a valid power of attorney registered in public records.
• The payment of the balance of the award value will be deposited on the third day.
