In recent days, dozens of clients of Interbank They reported on social networks that they had found unrealized transactions and zero balances in their accounts. They also commented that there were transfers whose money had not arrived, and there were duplicate expenses.

The banking entity issued an official statement this Sunday. In it, it reported that it has detected that debit card consumption on September 12 has been doubled in some cases, which could temporarily affect users’ account balances.

However, the statement does not mention possible irregularities on other days or other concerns reported by customers.

“We guarantee that your balances are safe and that we are working to reverse the situation in the short term,” Interbank said.

In response, the affected users demand an immediate solution and, in addition, point out that the failures were recorded starting on September 12 and not only on this day.
