However, the circumstance occurs that that seventh place has been occupied by a Galician drifter, Capewho along with Tiran (eighth ranked), cannot be relegated this year as they have secured their place in the next Euskotren League in 2024 by statute, in order to encourage the participation of drifters from Galicia.

Thus things, the Sole Arbitrator of the ACT has decided “dismiss the appeal presented by the Hibaika AE club and confirm the Resolution of the Single Competition Judge“. Therefore, the play-off will take place, with three clubs in contention: Hibaika, Kaiku and Zumaia. The winning team of this play-off will have a place in the Euskotren League next season, while the other two clubs will participate in the next ETE League. The qualifiers will take place on Saturday and Sunday, in Bermeo and Portugalete, before the Bermeo and Portugalete flags, which will put an end to the Eusko Label League.

In parallel, Also this Saturday and Sunday and in the same regatta fields of Bermeo and Portugalete, the play-off corresponding to the Eusko Label League will be held. Five clubs will participate in it: Santurtziwhich occupies the eleventh and penultimate position in the Eusko Label League; Sanpedrotarra and Lapurdi, who have finished first and second in the ARC-1 League; and Ares and Bueu, who access the play-off from the Galician League. The first two classified in this play-off will be in the Eusko Label Liga of 2024.
