The Lima Parks Service (Serpar) announced that it will hold the third and last public auction of the year. In total, there are 32 lots located in nine districts of Lima that will be auctioned in this public call and that have zoning for use as housing or real estate projects, as well as water and electricity services. According to the information on the official Serpar website, the land to be auctioned is located in the districts of Ate, Carabayllo, La Molina, Lurigancho – Chosica, Miraflores, Pucusana, Puente Piedra, San Martín de Porres and Santiago de Surco. These lots range from 120 m² to 2,797 m² and their prices range from 76,485 to four and a half million soles.
Many of them are suitable for the construction of businesses or real estate projects and are located near main avenues, commercial establishments, schools, markets, health centers and other places of interest.

Land auction in Lima: when and where will it be held?
As indicated on the Serpar website, the auction of land in Metropolitan Lima will take place this Sunday, October 1 at 8:45 a.m. m in La Muralla park, which is located in Jirón Amazonas with Jirón Lampa, in Cercado de Lima.

Land auction in Lima: how to participate?
- People who are interested in participating in this public auction must purchase the bases for S/50 until Friday, September 29 on the website or through a transfer to the Serpar account.
- Likewise, it is important that you make a security deposit of 5% of the value of the property until the same date.
- You can purchase the bases in person at the La Muralla Park and Club Metropolitano Cahuide headquarters from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, except on September 29, which will be open until noon.
- The central act will be led by an auction board, an auctioneer and a notary public who will formalize the purchase of each piece of land.
